It was just Twinspires. NYRA shut off wagering early for some reason. Even those at the track were shutout

Forgive me if im wrong, but i read on the drf website live blog that the stewards hit the button to stop bets by mistake a couple of mins. early. Hope i read it right.

You did....but it was someone from the NYSRB who made the error, not the NYRA.
