Not sure of a list, but I can tell you artificial tracks are:

Woodbine
Presque Isle
Hollywood
Del Mar
Keeneland
Turfway
Golden Gate
Arlington

Tapeta is the surface at Presque Isle, Golden Gates and Meydan. Also the main track at Fair Hills training facility. I couldn't find any racing tracks where it installed in Europe, Japan or elsewhere, but it is at several training tracks.
