#8 Finders Key may be tough on the front end over this messy track.
Currently 18-1 and i think she's the quickest of them all...did well to hang on in last after a very nice effort on the front end.
The other main E is ridden by Leparoux so i don't expect an all out pace try with him up.
Two Discreet Cat's could duke it out up front (#2 and #8) but this track should help their running style, and i think #8 is the quicker of the two.

WO R4 -- 12F on the turf

Supposed to nail this one but this is one tough race.

:5:, Ojibway Signal: against the grain last time out. Ideally, he sets an unpressured pace, as he outran the 7 early last out. But I suspect DaSilva (or someone else) will go with him today. need > 10:1 for a win bet.

:2:, MacAllan: this horse isn't much. But he breaks on the inside and Stein excels at saving ground in longer races. Doesn't have to be the best horse to win.

:6:, Sir McIntyre: I include this one out of respect for Attfield. In the past, he'd out-train the others in these routes. He's been subpar so far this year, however; and the horse is an underlay. Maybe gets a piece.

12 F Stake

I think the winner will come from the :3:,:4:,:8:,:10:
Hard to see anything else getting the distance.

:8:, Dixie Strike: One of two fillies I like. I think this is the best 12F horse in the race. The only way she loses is if there's no pace and the race is won on the front end. The problem, however, is that she's had 3 tough races the past 2 months, losing to the 3 twice, and does not have a workout since her last effort - a concern. I think she's better than the 3 going 12F. If they're going with her, she'll get hit. 7:2 with 16 min to post.

:3:, Irish Mission: the other filly. Will be more forwardly placed and very tough to beat. But I don't think that 12F is her forte.

:10:, Wilcox: probably the most suited of the others to get 12F. Crushed by the top two in the Plate but clearly a lot better on turf. Wouldn't be surprised if this one won.

:4:, Aldous Snow: very nice turf races. Impressive last out. 12F is a ?

11 is 1st time lasix and has some good turf efforts. Could get a minor piece but I just can't use the INEPT Day-Phillips was any confidence (let alone in a 12F race).
