The DD payoffs using #1 in race 2 look decent so i will try a DD:
1-5-6-7 w 1

I like the #1 in R2 because she relaxed nicely while running on the inside in her debut. She did get a dream trip but couldn't go with the winner while failing to switch leads...held 3rd by a wide margin over the next runner.
Race wasn't too fast, but hoping the experience serves her well and she switches leads today.
Few nice works since her last and she has turf blood.

you are alive in the double (6 actually pays better than 1 w/ 1 in next race)

couldn't get the 2 or 4 in there. I lost a couple bucks on the 4horse ex box. 20shw on 1 as well.

on paper i loved the 5, but she didn't run that much last race.

She still has young face though. I would guess they want an education and something to build on.

could a speed get away?
4 is dangerous, i like motion, but wasn't crazy about her on the track. 2 or even 1 may be the speed...

No lead change again today until very late when all the running was done.
This lil relationship btw me and Carameaway is over...she broke well but she she ain't much.

8 could be good, but she has some growing to do.

If the owners are in position to do so, backing off wouldn't be the worst thing with this 2yo. She was a little green on the turn and wanted to get in. I think JJ even went to the left 1x, once she got by the pack. Could be a good turf filly if she develops.

6,and 7 look good. 7 is a little small, but Dutrow is a good trainer. The 7 has a good shot to win here by default. didn't see 6

2 looked smallll to me, has 1 fast work who knows

Besides the NYRA site, does anyone know of a site that simulcasts free online for Saratoga? Thanks, i can find a bunch of other tracks, just not NYRA. Dont think i can sign up for tvg,capital otb etc living in NV.

it's a wide open race, but I am in the minority who liked Barrymore's last race.

the 8 is kind of a guess. Brown doesn't care much about physicality, but this is actually a pretty solid animal here. Horse knows what to do, and could run decent with a clean trip 1st time Jacobson. odd positive trainer move.

everybody says the 2 had non-effort last time... that was a weird trip. A longshot wired the field and was part of an early group that slipped away from the pack. 2 was wayy in the back. Some really good horses got up for 2nd-4th or whatever and the :2: had to come from behind, change leads and finished ok. At least he was closing.

the 1 here had a dream trip and just showed that same failure to run in the stretch. Distance doesn't help. Maybe he just wins by default...

4 - was a runner overseas on the regular races before converting to jumping here. has always been forward and if the 1 and 2 here wimp out he won't mind contesting this.

How nice to come home and find out I hit something finally...Only paid $71.75 for a buck but for only betting $12.00 I sure will take it....not to mention I did beat the heavy favorite 1 in the 3rd...payoff would have been much nicer if one of my other two selecions came in the last leg but I will glady take the $71.75.

More importantly, it took a small $12.00 wager to break my Saratoga losing streak....which has been the longest losing streak of any meet I've ever had...

So even though the winning amount is not huge, it sure is huge mentally......

I see there is 12 minutes to Race 9 so will take $40.00 of my winnings and play one more race..

:8: should win this feature. There aren't any superhorses in here, and she's a hard hitter with speed. She was probably in mon for trainer's cold spell and now that pletcher is warming up again she's back right on time.

:3: is a contender, she's really going to need a patient ride here. I don't 100% trust junior but this horse could even win if some things go here way.

R4 - #6 ran 2nd at 3-1
R6 - #10 ran up the track somewhere...5th or 6th place
R9 - #1 ran 2nd at 7-1

The beat goes on for me. After a great opening weekend it has been one loser after another.
