10th @Mountaineer~
1m70y,Clm5000N3Y (Non-winners of 3 in 12mo) purse $8,600
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Instill, stronger half of Garcia Entry, looks very tough if healthy 1st off claim.
Drops from OPEN $7,500 Win @CD to restricted $5K claimer in WV. Red Flags?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
2) Sir Deputy (20/1ml)- Nowhere since N4L win, perhaps Tri/Supe from post.
3) Nicky's Delight (6/1)- Goes from 18% trainer to 3% one while stepping Up
from beaten chalk effort at N1-6mo. conditon. Back Beyers fit; i'm skeptical.
4) Willie Bags (15/1)- Blew Up Tote 2 Back. stalking speed. Inside Speed$$.
5) Caracas (15/1)- Drops from open $5K route, been in poor form since
leaving 24% Wells barn. Pass.
6) Crimson Streak (8/1)- Steps up, no factor in N2L Sprint here 4/29. 4YO
needs softer foes than these.
1) Instill (8/5ml, part of entry)- Drops 33% First off claim 31 days ago w/NO
published works after WINNING OPEN $7,500 Claimer @CD. Wins by 4 or OTB.
7) Merlin Bay (5/2)- If The Mad Bomber pounces on Entry, this will be runner
to garner all the late money, likely making him UNDERLAY at posttime. Five
of Six 2012 efforts solid, needs pace to set up late run. Must use under.
8) Outriders Posse (10/1)- Well-beaten 4th @this level 2 back. Interesting
note on Jock: Won w/Posse 4 back @23/1; Won w/Willie Bags 2 back @31/1.
9) Sea Gaze (8/1)- Sold Privately twice in 4 months, not good. A Year ago,
Won OPEN Monmouth $25k Clm by+3lengths w/94 Beyer.Prep for Suffolk ship?
1A) Bonnistar (8/5,poe)- Nowhere 1st 3 tries @N3Y, showed more early foot
running third last out. Lousy Post hurts, likely a rabbit for Instill.

(Early Look: Instill looks TOO GOOD to be true.
Try & handicap this race twice, once using Instill on top,
& 2nd time 'capping the race assuming he runs nowhere.
Merlin Bay may wind up 2/1 or 9/5 when the dust settles.
Willie Bags pace $$)

9th@Mountaineer 1Mile Clm10000 (open) Purse $15,000
-------------------------------------------------------
Four Outside Runners look to get all the attention; SIX of
Seven runners step up in Class, 1st off Claim for ML fave.
-------------------------------------------------------
1) Champion Eclipse (20/1ml)- 3-for-64, most @$4k/$5k tags.
Field Filler... pass.
2) Jetabilityprospect (8/1)- All 4 local wins sprinting, only local route
effort @$15k tag led to 11 month layoff. Returns from F.Lakes. Super BCS.
3) Ramblin Mike (12/1)- Doubles in Clm.Tag off eased effort, no works
since. Prep for $5K foes later?
4) Avoid (6/1)- Speedball stretches out off Blazing 6F Win @N4L level.
Four Wins, NO seconds or Thirds in 23 starts. #7 Speed Foe. Dangerous.
5) Handsome Bruno (4/1)- Nice Win in Local Debut v. starter-allowance
foes. Hasn't won back-2-back in over a year. Must-Use in verticals.
6) Deed It Is (8/5ml fave)- indeed, i have a history with Deed... of Betting
Against. Former Shug plodder found more early foot under Brad Cox, who
claimed for $20K.. won for $15K-N2L, then won for $10K-N3L, where the
Claim-Happy Owner Billy Hays snagged. Overbet plodder, i'll try to beat.
7) Dance Floor Maniac (5/2)- Key to race on Pace front, as Maniac will
HAVE to try & keep Avoid Honest while Avoiding all-out speed duel. Won
for open $10k tag here in March, but was Lone-S that day. All Seven wins
accomplished on Lead or while close second first call.

(Early Look: 84 & 85 Beyers of Deed It Is will likely attract The Mad Bomber
if Deed is Live. Needs 4 & 7 to set up close. Bruno will get 1st run on fave,
and may be best price of bunch.)
