I know most of you guys and gals have given him many accolades in the past and they were well deserved.
Imagine my horror last week when I recieved a text message that I was being charged $175 annually for DRF Quick Sheets. It was set on auto pay and had been $100 the previous two years. I never received an email notification that it was up for auto renew or the price increase.
I called customer service at DRF and within a few hours Lonnie contacted me via email. He stated that they would honor the previous price if I wanted it. The offer was graciously accepted but I did write asking him about such a sharp increase. It looked like the geniuses in marketing thought it was undervalued and probably so. But to have an increase of 75% in this day and age befuddles me to no end.
