What are the boxes like at Saratoga?

I won a box for Saratoga on august 6th a Monday in a golf tourney. They said the value is worth $1500 . Seats 5 people and get programs and parking. The guy that got it and put it up for the raffle says there possibly could be food and drinks too but not sure.

Has anyone ever stayed in one of these? I gave it to my parents and they are asking me all sorts of questions about the box. If anyone could shed light on the box that would be great. Also, is this something I could have sold?

They are small, and have 5 chairs in them although 5 people would make it uncomfortable. There is a small flat screen tv which you can bet on using your nyra account. There is waitress service for food and drinks but you gotta pay for it. That's about it. They are nice, but nothing special.

Not only $1500 it actually said valued between $1500 and $2200. I'm mad now because a guy offered me $300, but it seemed like I had something worth a lot more so i hung onto it.

What is the location printed on the tickets? Boxes start at the eight pole, and can be a long walk to the other end of the clubhouse.
The luxury suites are very nice; air conditioning, private teller, and possibly food service.

Looks like your on the 1/16th pole. Boxes have runners for food and drink.

I would guess the box has a value of $200/250. Seating for 5.
Sport jackets usually come off once seated, considering there is no AC.

We went for our own food and brought it back to the box. Hattie's of course.

Saratoga had a Super-Deluxe Box package advertised last year,
included Box, food, & N.A. beverages, & it was like $1,500.
Could it be that package?
