12 tough races on the Stakes loaded Arlington card today. I'll play my bets the same here. $10 WP on top pick and roll the pick 3's for the dollar. (3x3x3=$27). The picks..

Race -1 The :1: . Looks to be the one to catch in the Saturday opener. Been freshend for this by 16% layoff trainer. Bullet work on Jun 2nd was best of 52 that day. Only horse in the field to hit 100 plus on the Bris fig. (1-3-5)

Race -2 The :4: . Well bred 1st timer from the Proctor barn. Catches the right field for his debut. Graham takes the mount for 10% first out barn. Works are ok. (4-7-2)

Race -3 The :6: . ML favorite looks the part in here for Ward. 3rd time off the shelf for a 19% trainer move and 35% when moving from turf to AW surfaces. Slight drop in class gets it done. (6-3-8)

Race -4 The :2: . Returns from the long layoff for Catalano. Was flying late in the debut after hopping at the break. Solid string of works for trainer who can have them ready to fly off the shelf. (2-5-6)

Race -5 The :2: . Reunited with Martinez after lossing Graham to the 4. Horse tries hard everytime but seems to be settling for Minor awards. Has run his best races with Seth up. One of these days...(2-6-4)

Race -6 The :5: . Ships in for McPeek who hits at 16% off the van. 3rd time off the layoff for another 18% angle. Winner of last, the G3 at CD. 2 bullet works at Kee for this. We'll take 3-1. (5-6-2)

Race -7 The :1: . Taking a shot at 12-1 on the line here. Race looks loaded with quitting speed and this one should benefit from that. 16% spr-route-sprint trainer angle in play here. (1-9-4)

Race -8 The :7: . Big scratches of the 6 and 10 here. I've landed here. Easy winner of last tries the turf for the 3rd time. Seems to be getting better with each turf start. Romans 2 for 2 at the meet. (7-1-5)

Race -9 The :2: . Has been working lights out for solid turf conditoner Tagg. Ran a career high Bris fig before the layoff. 2 solid workouts over the Bel turf before the ship in for this. (2-9-4)

Race -10 The :10: . If he runs the 111 Bris fig he ran off the layoff, everyone here is running for 2nd. Woodbine shipper for Attfield who hits at 17% off the van. Hard not to cheer this hard-knocker. (10-9-3)

Race -11 The :2: . Midwest brings this one in from off a close 2nd last out over the surface. Closer will need the right trip to get up in time. Seth retains the call today. (2-8-4)

Race -12 The :4: . A 10-1 shot for the road here. Torres up for Miller who hits at 29% 3rd time off the layoff and 17% on the double jump in class. Gets back to the turf course today after the poor poly try in last. (4-7-6)

Good Luck N Good Racing From The KidCapper !!

I liked Quick Wit (7) in the 8th even before the scratches.
Still like him of course but the price will be lower now.

Disappointing run on the fav here. I Got a little lucky I guess with the :5: keeping me going in the pick 3 at 9-1. Need some of that every once in awhile.
