10th@Mountaineer~ 6F ~Clm5000N2Y (non-winners of 2 in 12months)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Big Question: Who is going to go for the lead?
Field of 8 before scratches-
Five in field are eligible for N4L condition
Six come out of a pair of June 15th races at this level/distance.
Auditorium steps up from N1-12month win.
Wonder Way takes a minor hidden class drop from N1Y (6mo.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Vose The Host (5/1ml)- 5YO has 3 Pvt.Purchases in 5 months while
going from Penn Nat.-2-Beulah-2-RiverDowns-2-Mountain. Closed late
from #7 post in last, big rider switch to Parker, tote will reflect. My Guess
that Deshawn will push early from rail, see who tries for lead. I'm using.
2) Magdacarr (6/1)- Was 7/2 vs. #3&5 last out, beat one runner. Fourth
race of Year, could improve, Tri/Super possible.
3) Scooby (8/1)- Wide in last, 2nd off layoff, but that came after Win last
August, never a positive. If Scooby Do, i don't...
4) Auditorium (5/2ml Fave)- Adds 110Yards off Facile win v. N1-12month
bunch. second at this condition two & three back,in Tri all 7 starts in 2012.
Normally i would toss in step up in Class, but this is weak bunch, & 5YO
has proven competitive at this level. I'll key 2nd/3rd in Tri/Super.
5) Headline (9/2)- 12YO gave all in last, 14-for-89 lifetime mark looks very
strong, but Gelding is ONLY 2-for-last-38 starts! Logical in Verticals under.
6) Wonder Way (12/1)- 5YO is 3-for-53... ouch... filled super last pair here
in slightly tougher N1Y (6months) condition. My wacky Bomb, using 1-6 Ex.
Box in my plays.
7) Cash Advance (3/1)- Beaten Fave v.#1&8 with front wraps added last
out. Won N3L here 3 back taking wraps off. Watch in post parade. Lightly
raced, room to improve.
8) Sliver (15/1)- 7YO last pair atrocious, first two here actually pretty good.
TD keeps the faith.. i will try to key 3rd in Tri/Super part-wheel if price OK.

(Early Look~ Auditorium is in form, but few Mountain runners win back-2-back
going up condition ladder if they've been in town for a while. Looking for
Parker to Go as fast as horse allows, hoping Wonder Way finds these foes
easier to run down late.)

9th@Mountaineer~ 5.5F Alw33700NC - Wide Open Allowance, No conditions.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two ML faves bring Big Beyers to the table... but they're TURF Beyers!
Woodard/Hays make a small fortune bringing in new stock to WV and just
overmatching them...and Maybe Bertie is another Homerun for them. Maybe.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Ju Jitsu Jax (9/5ml 2nd choice)-Closed out 2011 with two wire-2-wire jobs
here in NC Allowance conditions. Turf Sprinting this year, Parker will gun from
rail, perhaps foreshadowing of his ride in 10th from same post. Dangerous.
2) Doinmysongndance (12/1)- Caught mud in 3YO stakes only local start,
returns from 200-day break with 6 works. Pace factor, doubtful late.
3) Jemaru (15/1)- Faster up front the better for 6YO,cutting back 550Yards
while steppping up in class. Bomb might fill Ex/Tri/Super, but win unlikely.
4) Pathoki (8/1)- Very Fast 5YO popped & stopped in 2 outs at this level,
given 7 week break. No works listed, another part of Pace brigade.
5) Golden Country (3/1)- 7YO returns with pair of 5F Bullets. Just Missed
vs. Ju Jitsu last Dec. will try to stalk & Pounce, think he'll need this. Tri Key.
6) Homerun Bertie (8/5ml fave)- 6YO was claimed for $25K two back @CD,
claimed for $50K last out! three +90 Beyers, all turf. Beat to cash @4/5.

(Early Look:
Berti will be tough, may be 3-4 wide early though. Ju Jitsu awful post.
Songndance unknown on FAST track, keep eye on sky. Jemaru my Vertical
Key with Golden Country in Tri/Super. 1-2-6 in Pick-4)
