Anybody awake in here?

Yeah, you're all over it at Woodbine, but then again you've identified
60% of race 1 as condenders
50% of race 2 as condenders
43% of race 3 as condenders
50% of race 4 as condenders

with $7.20 being the highest win payout so far.

Deleware seems like much the same, although you did identify a $13.20 winner in the 2nd when you identified 44% of the field as contenders, so congrats. Nice Job!

If I get a sec, I'll try to look at the rest.

Math, exotics is where the big money is! Like at at Finger Lakes.
Win bets are just that as a hedge!

I just saw that there were some really nice payouts at FL and I really do hope you cashed a few tickets.

But here's the issue (or at least my issue).
You list 4,5,6,7 in the 2nd at FL, I'm thinking that the 4 is your top selection. It comes 5,6,7,4. Now I know that your not boxing all your plays in exactas, triples and superfectas. We both know that's the express lane to the poor house. So how do you get a winning ticket from the selections which had your top pick finish 4th?

Then in the 4th you select 9,10,2,1. It comes 1,9. Same thing, but I could understand you keying and backwheeling your top selection and hitting a very nice exacta. But without any sort of structure, it's tough believing that you always have the right tickets to be cashed.

I see that you post multiple contenders (your word) for multiple tracks everyday and while I'll admit that it does take major guts to constantly put opinions/selections out for everyone to see, I feel like you're really not doing that. Sure you are identifying contenders for each race, but you are also taking credit for when one of the horses come in (when you quite possibly don't have it). It would be like if I posted pick 4 tickets going 4x4x4x4 on a consistent basis. Who could afford to play such a ticket regularly? Sure I would hit some, but I would most likely be hemorrhaging money on a ridiculous level. That's kind of the way I feel about your 4 selections (almost) every race. You are identifying 40%-50% of fields as contenders and then recieving accolades when any of them come home.

In defense of the pcks or selections of Solid Gold.......4 horse selections in a race is something I like.....

examples....

www.horsetrackace.com (http://www.horsetrackace.com), no matter how many horses entered that person rates 4 horses.

O T B handicappers in my area.... they will select 3 horses each race ,,BUT mention a 4th horse (in case of late scratch)

www.picksandplays.com (http://www.picksandplays.com)... they rate each horse entered in each race on the card.....draw a line after the top three, but it is not uncommon to see the 4th position or 5th position horse WINS the race.

Said it before and will say it now again... appreciate seeing more than one horse selected in a race.....

There are way too many variables before and during a race to just choose ONE or TWO horses that could possibly win.

Most recent example.....this past week I was watching a horse that was to do good at Belmont.....NOT....do not even think the owners got a part of the purse. Later, the person told me he was informed that the horse hit the gate leaving... Result ...tickets on the ground and no others to cash.

Keep them coming Solid Gold...... I know, like every other poster, you are suppling the readers with your selection for the race...it is up to each individual to make up their mind if those selections for that race are of value.

Want to add also....

It is a big territory in the horse racing world....

Posters put up their selections at one track or many tracks....That does not mean you have to play them all.

In today's society using the www. different parts of USA (or oversees Countries) can follow these selections

And with the addition of gimmick bets...exactas or perfectas, quinellas trifectas, superfectas, Super High 5's Rainbow Pick 6's and so on......there is a need for 3 or 4 horse selections in a race.

Cheers
