Not much to brag about from yesterdays picks. Back in the saddle today. As always I'll bet $10 WP on top pick and roll the pick 3's for the dollar. Here we go...
Race -1 The :1: . Taking a shot at 15-1 on the line here. 3rd time off the bench for low percentage outfit. Has 2 yrd old races that would win this. Drops in from the G3 attempt last out. Bombs away in the opener? (1-3-6)
Race -2 The :4: . Toss last as the saddle slipped and lost all chance. Race 2 back would take this. Ships in from Pim for 21% shipping trainer. Back to back bullet 5f works for this. Makes amends today. (4-5-6)
Race -3 The :5: . Linda Rice shooter at 10-1 on the line here. 3rd time off the shelf for a 22% trainer move. Returns to a turf sprint today. Shot at a price. (5-3-8)
Race -4 The :5: . Ships in from a solid 3rd place finish at CD last out. Bullet workout Jun 23rd over the Keen poly for this. Mcpeek hitting at 24% with beaten favorites next out. Some things to like. (5-1-7)
Race -5 The :3: . A 1st time starter for Clement on the turf. Trainer hits at 20% with 1st time starters debuting on the weeds. Dam has 5 winners from 6 starters and 3 turf winners. We'll take 5-1 here. (3-2-1-1A)
Race -6 The :3: . Even money shot here looks to be the controlling speed in a race where hardly anyone likes to pass horses. 3rd time off the layoff for Serpe hitting at 24% with the move and 33% when dropping down a level. Catch if catch can. (3-6-1)
Race -7 The :6: . Shosberg trainee ran a solid 2nd last out vs same last out. Cuts back to 5.5F today and should be right there at the wire. Only concern is this one likes to settle for minor awards. Graduation time?? (6-1-5)
Race -8 The :6: . Dutrow sends this one out off the freshening for a 26% trainer move. Easy winner last out and trainer hits at 30% back off the win. Should sit a great stalking trip here. (6-1-4)
Race -9 The :3: . At 20-1 on the ML, we're going home with a bang here. 3rd time off the shelf for a 15% trainer move. Drops in class for another 18% move. Switches back to the main track today. Bombs away again!! (3-1-2)
