Here we go!
R1: 2,1,4,8......Melboy-4/1 ML......Post position hurt last time out, showed some early last time out and gets post position relief here. Rick Magee aboard and should finally see what this gelding has to offer here.
R2: 4,5,1,6......Spurs Linda-6/1 ML......Broke on the gate last time out and never recovered. Wiseman back aboard and should get a decent trip from the four hole here. Should get a price for this mare.
R3: 5,8,1,4......Rolandale Dream-4/1 ML......Usually you don't bet against Chewy Baca, but we will here. Chewy Baca has had the luxury of the inside posts as of late and now draws the outside. Our horse draws the five hole and has been competitive with Chewy Baca. If it also rains tonight, our horse has won 3 of the last 7 on a wet track so benefits are there. This maybe one of the few times I advise betting against Chewy Baca.
R4: 1,8,3,7......Rally To Win-7/2 ML......Had this horse last time at 11/1, but wont get that here again tonight. Wrenn Jr staying aboard. Closed fantastically last time out. should get similar trip here.
R5: 5,2,1,7......Bianca-3/1 ML......Went off driving last time out and closed well with :28 final quarter which is very speedy. Returns against LESSER competition here. Should take this field. Mr. Trifecta's Lock of the Night!
R6: 1,3,4,7......Captain Korki-5/1 ML......Big up in class here. Was out driving last time out down the stretch. Lasix should help here. Will get a price as he is facing tougher. Mapes staying aboard. Mr. Trifecta's Bomber of the Night!
R7: 5,1,2,7......Restless-5/1 ML......Had a rough start to the meet having broke not only on his first race, but also on the qualifier afterwards. This horse does love the track and is facing some stiff competition here. Does have some nice 2Q speed and can close if need to. Once this horse gets back on track, should be a tough one to beat. Will take the higher price while we can get it. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R8: 5,7,2,3......Sand Mr Go-4/1 ML......Won impressively two back against similar company from the eight hole. Gets an easier post here and will want the lead again. Will be playing the game called "Catch me if you can". Got a little extra rest due to last time scratch.
R9: 2,4,3,1......Peanuts-5/1 ML......Dropping in class back down to a level where he nearly won last time out. Svendsen jumps off and Lems jumps on. Should be closing late against this group and should get a good price.
