Pretty good card going tonight. I expect a few bombers to blow up the tote board. Adding in fourth horse for superfecta play.
R1: 5,3,4,2......Vyce-4/1 ML......Dropping in class here with the 3 and the 4. Didn't show much on the first time start, but neither did the rest of the company. Looking for an improvement here with Coblentz aboard.
R2: 7,5,3,2......Jeanie Lynn Bardot-6/1 ML......Did well at Prairie Meadows. Looks to have some late closing kick here which should help. Banks winning at 20% this year and will take that in this Maiden race. Mr. Trifecta's Bomber of the Night!
R3: 1,2,3,5......Fancy Fox-7/2 ML......Wired the field last time out. Draws the golden post here and Roland looking to improve to two wins on the year. Should respond well here.
R4: 4,5,3,2......Man With The Money-9/2 ML......Sticking with the speed of the race here. Horse loves to get out in front and has good early speed. His main issue is having the stamina to keep it going. Good news is he is use to a 1 mile tack and the 5/8's is much more catering to speed. Wiseman should have him on the lead.
R5: 6,7,4,1......Country Jewel-6/1 ML......Qualifier went decent. Was able to fire 158 off the layoff last year and if can fire similar this year, should be good enough to beat this company.
R6: 4,2,1,3......Ally-Con-2/1 ML......Very impressive on the opener. Drew away strongly. Up in class here to an open, will have to be on his game to do the same. Wrenn Jr onboard to ensure that.
R7: 4,3,7,1......Whendreamscometrue-5/1 ML......Tossing last race at CalX due to post and this gelding was in pretty decent form prior to the ship. Magee onboard with Brown as trainer is an impressive combo. Should be on or near the lead.
R8: 6,2,4,7......Shoot The Works-5/1 ML......Wiseman aboard this gelding. This horse loves to be on the front and tends to be a speedball, going as fast as possible and until he usually runs out gas around the stretch call. If he runs his similar races, its very possible he will have such a lead no one will be able to catch him before he runs out of gas.
R9: 1,3,4,2......Kennairnmachmagic-9/2 ML......Has tactical speed to be dangerous from any post. Draws golden post. Last time at this post at Hazel Park, drew off by open lengths down the stretch. Like that type of move here.
R10: 2,5,3,1......Blow Em Away-6/1 ML......So far, Florida shippers have fired fairly well here. Blow Em Away was apart of the Isle Mile series and doing fairly well before shipping in. Likes to make his move at the 3Q pole. Roland gets the ride and should have a shot at a good price. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R11: 6,4,7,9......Hurricane John-5/1 ML......Very much been off form as of late. Hoping change of track helps here. When firing right, has good late kick to get through to the wire. Can be near the pace or off the pace. Has faced tougher foes.
