Relatively a chalky night at Pompano. I like two of the races here and they are definitely noted to which ones!
R1: 5,4,3......Bombilla Hanover-8/5 ML......Hasn't show anything that would make me not bet this horse. Going with her again.
R2: 4,5,2......Frozen Assets-9/2 ML......Liked her last race and I think Sells has this gelding back on track. Should get a decent price.
R3: 3,4,1......She's A Pegase-9/5 ML......Gets dropped into a much easier class in the FM Mile Isle. Simard back aboard and should be able to fire nicely. Price will be a concern. Watch for her to come late.
R4: 1,2,7......Original Ruby-6/1 ML......DQed off the break last time out. Tossing last two. Needs the inside post here and gets the golden post. Simard back aboard and won with her 5 back against similar. Like the horse, will love the price. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R5: 3,1,5......You Bet Suzette-7/2 ML......Despite the break at the state, she regained her composure and won by nearly two lengths down the stretch. Now imagine how well she would have done without that break. Roberts back aboard and should be able to drive again late. Looks to be on the improve and rounding into form.
R6: 3,1,5......Blissful Romance-9/5 ML......Last race out won impressively wire to wire against the same competition. Gets a better post this time and get Simard onboard. Looking for another win here.
R7: 1,5,2......Famous Dude-7/2 ML......Tossing last due to bad post. Has cash twice here before and gets the golden post with Simard onboard. Does have the ability of early speed and could be on up on the lead early again.
R8: 1,4,3......Elm Grove Ella-6/1 ML......Cashed last three with McNichol aboard. #7 will be heavily bet, but don't like the driver change to the trainer. With that change and with our golden post here, looking for the upset. Mr. Trifecta's Bomber of the Night!
