I don't know why we need this bill. Everyone knows or at least suspects the U.S. gov already uses propoganda on its citizens.

I suppose it could be meant to keep whistleblowers from telling the truth about an unethical practice. If propoganda is legal then there is nothing to complain about.

Not sure you can remember who voted for it? no problem good rule of thumb, always against the incumbent. Like fish, politicians begin to stink as soon as you get them home.
