The way I understand it is that NYRA requires a breath test before each race day begins.

I read that he blew .05 percent. Two things:

1) That's not great impairment. That may be a few sips for a 98-pound squeakling.

2) Apparently, no authority banned him from ridng; it's just that the connections of Tiger Walk were miffed.

You are generous. Looked like he was trying to talk his way into a hole that was not there at the start. I am done with him. Period. He should have to complete substance abuse counseling before being able to ride again. For himself and the public which is taking a bath betting him right now.

Yeah, I guess I was.
It's hard to rip on a HOF rider...and he deserves recognition for his achievements
But for now, and for quite a few years, he has been mailing it in.
He should seriously consider hanging it up before he, or someone else, gets hurt.

He(Dale Romans) called out Albarado also on derby or oaks day as Robby was on a lot of his mounts that day.
