All-Stakes Pick 3s @ Churchill -- 5/4

I'm not brave enough for the Pick 4 today, specifically because of Race 10. That said, here are my Pick 3s for the morning/afternoon:

Race 6:

:4: w :2: :3: :4: :7: w :3: = 2.00

:4: w :7: w :3: (2 units) = 1.00

+++ Since this is essentially a 5.50 single on the :4: , I'm thinking that a fair return on these combos would be 7/5 or better. We'll see.

(Oh and for the record, I'll stand pat until a ticket gets knocked out, so ideally I'll just have R6-8, followed by R9-11)

OK, so this set of combos is alive to the :4: MMM for $1.50, and the :1: :2: :7: 10 for .50 each

Well, the :2: came home in R9 to get a small winner. Seems like a somewhat short price, but I'll not complain.

Skipping R10 and waiting on the Oaks.
