His choice doesn't surprise me. FORWARD -- an old commie slogan.

http://hackwilson.blogspot.com/2012/04/forward-communist-slogan-now-adopted-by.html

This is such, blatant in-your-face stuff, I'm wondering if we'll have see an election in November. It appears Obama is finally having his commie coming out party.

Here's a good slogan for the Romney campaign (although they would have to get permission from Chrysler who first used it way back when to sell Plymouths):

"SUDDENLY, IT'S 1960!"

Look forward.

Don't look back at my campaign promises.
Don't look back at my dismal record in office.
Don't look back at the huge increase in debt.
Don't look back at my flip-flopping on many issues.

Onward and upward.

Like the national debt.
Like unemployment.
Like the number of people on food stamps.
Like the price of gas.

He'll likely get re-elected, Tom, because the majority of his base care little or nothing about those issues. Also, the majority of his base detest the idea of any Republican moving into the White House, so regardless of Obama's track record, he'll get their support.
Obama is by far the worst president ever to be re-elected to a 2nd term. I's a disgrace to our nation that a man who's done the damage he's done and achieved so little, can claim that record.
What the rest of the world must think of our government and political system that such a lousy excuse for a leader can serve 8 years as our president.

Forward all right, right back to 1917 Russia and the Bolshevik Revolution. Barack Hussein Obama, the second coming of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.

Okay, since Lenin has been dead since 1924, would you like some one a bit more modern? Very well, how about another Vladimir? Vladimit Putin, one time KGB lieutenant colonel that worked as a counter intelligence operative. Like Obama, his communist roots go deep, and like Obama, many critics still believe that they are firmly still in place in both men.

So which was it? A commie slogan or a Nazi youth song? You and Boxcar need to get your propaganda straight. Maybe it is just a word that has meaning in how it is used. I don't recall that the commies copyrighted that word. Nor the Nazis. When you and boxcar post stuff like this, one wonders if you are taking your meds.

Nothing wrong with what whiptastic did, but he needs to follow protocol.
1. Bold the words he has changed.
2. Apply the acronym FTFY (fixed that for ya) at the end.

Nevertheless, since Obama is constantly accused of being a socialist and he always denies it, don't you find it a little bit strange, or at least stupid, to use a well-known communist slogan and announce it on May Day?

BTW, did you think the libs were "off their meds" a few months ago when they were getting the vapors about Romney using the slogan "Keep America American", a favorite of the KKK?

 Agreed. Obama would have carefully reviewed the slogan and the date before endorsing it.

You're not actually asking Mostie to see things clearly, are you? He tried to make a case for Hawaii being in Asia to defend his hero.

Let's F2, (face facts) this is not a bright bunch. They crammed through legislation that can't even pass constitutionality.

From what I gather, Forward, is a slogan designed to let the movers gas up the trucks and ready them to roll all things Obamer back to the WindyCity in several months.

I changed three words. Three. And they were little words, too. Two were the same, so I guess technically it was two words I changed. Two. The point I was trying to make is in all this partisan BS, the difference is so small as to be not worthy of discussion. I'm not liberal, I'm a moderate who has read some books. Obama is no communist or socialist or whatever, he's a middle of the road Democrat which on the modern scale puts him slightly to the right of Nixon. Bush was no conservative, and frankly was the worst president of the modern era. At this point, I'd rate Obama slightly higher than Bush -- mostly because he's not started any new wars of any consequence. Otherwise, they are very similar from a policy perspective.

Very thin line between Nazism and Communism. So thin, in fact, I would not want to live under either of those authoritarian, oppressive systems. But mind-numbed robots, like you, who can't think for themselves would relish the choice and go out and get a two-headed coin, call heads and eagerly flip it for the chance of a lifetime.
