I did look up treatment, yes, I would rather not have to undergo those types of things if it could be avoided. Seeing how this is listed as a painful condition, it might not be avoidable. From the article, it said that the guy cannot have sexual relations, so considering he already has the permanent puffer, it must be quite painful indeed.

One other thing he may not want to do until this is corrected is to give speeches in frong of groups of people, at least not without a lecturn. (Yes, back to to funny!)

If my memory serves me. You cannot urinate with priapism. So, a burst bladder is also a problem.....this can get pretty nasty
