Export Assistance with Formulator

I would like to export just the last 5 or 10 running lines of each horse into an Excel spreadsheet from Formulator 4.1. There is an export feature but I am not sure what to select (single file, multiple files, custom, pre 4.1 etc.) I got one that was in Excel format but there are so many fields I don't know where to begin. I would just like the running line, distance, times, beaten lengths etc. I don't need finishers names or comments. Any assistance would be appreciated.

In the Formulator manual (PDF) there is the field map for each export file.
Did you check include column headers?
In you program file for DRF/From4.1/ look for DRF.PDF Section 5a. has the file definitions.

I don't think you can export less than the whole file, but you can do a macro in Excel to delete what you don't want, or import into Access and write a query.

Speaking of Formulator, I see the Met is the ROD so I try to download the PPs.

A rather basic function on the internet, download a file, but DRF has been trying for over a half an hour ans still no luck.

What a great promotion to go to the web-based version of Form.
I'll pass. No technology at DRF. Just excuses.
