But some in the Obama administration are now seeing things differently.

"The war on terror is over," a senior official in the State Department official tells the National Journal. "Now that we have killed most of al Qaida, now that people have come to see legitimate means of expression, people who once might have gone into al Qaida see an opportunity for a legitimate Islamism."

This scares the hell out of me..........

This scares the hell out of me..........

Don't be scared. They're still fighting a war on terrorists, just not abroad. The very big focus now is on domestic terrorism.

BoxcarAs well they should. There is no shortage of domestic terrorists, both Islamic or otherwise.

Correct :rolleyes: ...everybody who posts here negatively about CURRENT elected officials...falls INTO THAT category :faint:

And those ELECTED on BOTH sides of the aisle are DAMN sure taking steps to PROTECT their-selves FROM any challenges...

From suspending the bill of rights to super computer (think show..."Person of Interest")...becoming a reality...
