To be fair, Gov. Beshear did stop short of refering to him as "David 'Don't Call Me Blackjack' Williams."
The political acrimony between Gov. Steve Beshear and Senate President David Williams reached new heights Wednesday when Beshear in essence vetoed nearly $50 million in road projects in or near Williams’ district.

“I think the governor needs to seek some counseling for his hate for me,” Williams said. “I think he’s allowed his personal anger and vitriolic comments to go beyond the bounds of normal reason in this thing.”
