Where did you hear that? Is there a website?

It was mentioned to a friend of mine by A VERY prominent US owner and breeder. For some reason he didn't want to go public with the horsemans name.

I Googled it but no luck.

H.R. 1733 To amend the Interstate Horseracing Act. ( Interstate Horseracing Improvement Act (2011) IHIA.

There's going to be a meeting on April 30th. This bill was submited by Ed Whitfield (R-Kentucky and sponsored by Tom Udall (D-New Mexico.

Unlikely to pass anytime soon. This bill would need someone in a leadership position to stick in some other bill. The two congressmen are not high enough up the totem pole to do that.
