Once again Obama's budget goes down in flames with ZERO votes. Of course it was not a serious budget because he's not a serious person and the Democrats are not a serious party. even though during the state of the union dear leader touted his budget as some great piece of work full of tough choices.

Meanwhile once again the house does their job and passes a budget which addressess the biggest issue and threat of our times. It was a bare minimum effort in terms of reform. But even so it is already being mocked by the administration and such deep thinking demagogues like Reid and Pelosi. and of course there will be no budget coming out of the senate once again as they would rather not make any tough choices and take political advantage by shrieking about the heartless, souless republicans for proposing modest reforms while they do nothing.

its fashionable to blame both parties and to say that there is no difference between them, but only one party makes any attempt at being responsible.

Nonsense. One party acts irresponsibly with full knowledge and consent of its base. The other dupes voters into believing they are behaving responsibly.

H Con Res 112 was not Obama's Budget.
H.CON.RES.112
Latest Title: Establishing the budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2013 and setting forth appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2014 through 2022.
Sponsor: Rep Ryan, Paul [WI-1] (introduced 3/23/2012) Cosponsors (None)
Related Bills: H.CON.RES.34, H.RES.597
Latest Major Action: 3/29/2012 Passed/agreed to in House. Status: On agreeing to the resolution Agreed to by the Yeas and Nays: 228 - 191 (Roll no. 151).
House Reports: 112-421

Pay attention to what I put in bold. Sponsor Paul Ryan. Vote: 228-191 in favor. That is problem Number one with your little video. They superimposed the wrong title over the video. The House never rejected an Obama budget with no votes.

Neither did the Senate, although Republicans have tried to make us think that happened. (Not us, you-I'm smarter than that.) The 0-97 vote they reference was not on approving the budget. It was on whether or not to immediately vote to approve the budget. Whether to vote are the key words.

It was a ploy by the Republicans to make it seem like there was no support for Obama's budget. And low information voters like you fell for it.

right on cue, Obama calls the Ryan budget, the budget which passed the house with bipartisan support, "thinly disguised social Darwinism"

Again, his budget has never received a single vote of support.

No one has to lie to make Obama look bad/ stupid/ foolish/ useless/ worthless/ idiotic/ incompetent/ racist/ ineffective. But they do it anyway. What does that say about them?

But they do it anyway. What does that say about them?

It says they are just like everyone else. Today it is much easier to lie than tell the truth as there are few, if any consequences for doing so.

Oh NO you're NOT.

From POLITICO: But a version of President Barack Obama’s own $3.6 trillion budget proposal, which the House unanimously rejected last week, also could come to the Senate floor, ensuring an embarrassing replay of last year when not a single senator voted for the president’s budget.

I point out that the Senate can pass ANY budget bill the dems want - they only need 51 votes. Why have they refused to do their jobs for three years?

I point out that the Senate can pass ANY budget bill the dems want - they only need 51 votes. Why have they refused to do their jobs for three years? They can only pass budget bills that have passed the house. They can make a few changes to house passed budget bills and then try work out the differences with the house, but they can not start a bill on their own nor pass one that the president purposed without it first passing the house. It is part of constitution. You know that little document that conservatives are always praising when it fit their agenda and trying to ignore when it doesn't.

There are multiple bills that the House has passed and sent to them.
Passed by the House which is compromised of duly elected representatives of the people - people who want one of these bills passed.

The Senate is a road block to the will of the people. They take an oath, then do NOTHING but spend money and take bribes and run up expenses while FAILING to do their elected duties.
