This has happened to me twice in the last 6 months. Both times I called AT&T. Both times they immediately reversed the charges and blocked future charges from the vendor. AT&T confirmed that not reading the text message was construed by the vendor as signing up for whatever it is they are charging for. The moral of the story is check your cell phone bill carefully.
