"According to information obtained by Belling, a custodian working for a private contractor at Whitewater (Wisconsin) High School was recently fired by her employer after two school employees, including the supervisor of custodians, demanded that she remove a pro-Scott Walker sign from her car and she refused.

If you recall, Big Labor is attempting to recall Gov. Walker over his new law that curtails collective bargaining privileges for public employee unions."

Odd that Belling did not post copies of the e-mails rather than just posting excerpts. Could it be the excerpts do not convey the e-mails accurately. Even the excerpts do not show that anyone asked that Mary Taylor be fired, only that they would ask her to remove it.

Joan Dedolph a manager from Diversified Building Maintenance says she never used the word "fired" in a discussion with Ms. Taylor. The school district administrator said no one from the district requested that ms. Taylor be fired.
The discussion in the e-mails was solely about should they ask Ms. Taylor to remove the sign.

What is happening here is a distraction. A Wauwautosa, wi. Man had his house egged when he displayed a Recall Walker sign in his yard. When he refused to take it down he received a letter threatening to throw rocks through his windows. There are police report on the egg throwing and the letter is being investigated. Unlike the Whitewater incident which is just she said he said.
