Great card tonight! Bomber potential HUGE!
R1: 8,5,6......CJ's Real Deal-6/1 ML......Last out didn't show much, but before nearly won at this level. Getting the outside post doesn't help, but we will take the price.
R2: 3,4,5......Shotgun Bob-4/1 ML......Ran lifetime best last out. Wilfong back aboard and is facing Balmoral shippers. Should sit well at the three hole.
R3: 2,3,5......KB's Goingcommando-9/2 ML......Going against the favorites here. Getting post relief and showed some early speed again last out. Roberts knows the horse and hopefully get the trip it needs.
R4: 8,6,4......TE's Zenyatta-3/1 ML......This horse has been on a terror in her three year old campaign. Has cruised to easy lengths and does face her toughest company yet and with the outside post. I am still betting on her until she fails me!
R5: 3,4,5......La Cabana-6/1 ML......Last our made a 3Q move, but flattened out. Gets return trip here where it won in convincing fashion by open lengths two back. Miller jumps aboard. That can only help. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R6: 2,8,4......Peymorkenna Park-10/1 ML......Last out try for the wire of the field, but gave away down the stretch. Gets return trip in a better post position here. Miller looking to get this mare set straight with third time on. Drop in class should help and should give big odds. Mr. Trifecta's Bomber of the Night!
R7: 2,7,9......Ben's JD-7/2 ML......Made a move at 3Q pole but could not get around the leader and got left parked wide and out of gas. Warren back aboard where he nearly won at this level. Will need a good trip.
R8: 3,2,5......Hurricane John-3/1 ML......Almost a duplicate race form last out and Hurricane John was driving to a victory late. I suspect the same result here.
R9: 6,1,2......Celebrity Best-12/1 ML......Huge longshot here, but we should get good odds and have a good shot. #1 will be very difficult to beat here. Celebrity Best knows how to stay with the pack from the outside posts and will need some lifetime best numbers to stay close to the leaders. Willing to give it a shot at a big price. Mr. Trifecta's "Going to the Sizzler" Pick of the Night!
R10: 4,3,1......Sameasiteverwas-12/1 ML......Lots of early speed with this horse. Last out the horse that won, won by well over 6 lengths. Gets return shot against the nemesis in the #3 horse. Will see if he can duel it out
R11: 4,3,1......Cam Town Carrie-7/2 ML......Step up in class for this mare. Recent form is pretty good and has cashed the last 3 of 5 here. Carlson giving this one another shot with the post relief.
R12: 7,2,6......Turn it up Loud-12/1 ML......Dropping back down in a class he is competitive with, Turn It Up Loud will have to have an impressive race over the bound to be favorite #2. Hasn't shown much in the last two, but it is the third start of the layoff here, so we should be able to see what form he is in tonight.
R13: 3,6,7......Cinnamon Spider-12/1 ML......Miller picked this horse over three others and I am starting to see why. Last out made up roughly 8 lengths after going 4 wide down the stretch. I think he knew this gelding had alot left and will be proving it tonight.
R14: 3,4,7......Zeller's Island-7/2 ML......Stepping back up in class here. Never did much at this level when he was racing here, but hoping current form indicating the horse is ready for this promotion and challenge.
