Likely golf nuts who heard "There's a Tiger in Tide."

After a trip to Wally Mart with the bride today, I couldn't help notice the various forms of Tide that were available, and the shelves were LOADED. I remarked that the price of Tide was going up faster than that of gas. Strange story, indeed; got to have something to do with drugs.

I'll go you a stranger one. I was down in chicago working and they caught a woman who had emptied seasoning powders into various pouches in her purse.
and put the empty bottles back on the shelf.

there are some strange ducks out there.

But Tide???

So far, all but one thief has made a clean escape.

They used Tide to clean up the mess at this years Daytona 500? This was only a month or so ago. People saw what a great job it did and.... or was that whole incident a conspiracy?

How will we ever stem the tide of lawlessness in this country?
I hope we don't have yet another whitewash.
Our politicians need to come clean on this one.
Is this some kind of white collar crime wave or what?
I hope no one gets hung out to dry.

Probably just laundering drug money.

Drug users/junkies can sell Tide to anyone, anywhere for cash. Use the cash for the fix of choice.
Stolen product even better, it's free drugs for the user.

you would be surprised by the cost of some of those seasonings in the supermarket. probably the best one for a thief who would want to sell on the black market are the vanilla beans, in the supermarket i work in, clearing our shelves of vanilla beans would give the thief hundreds of dollars and could fit in one container that would fit in their pocket without being noticed

Some of the supermarkets here keep saffron behind the counter for just that reason.
