Going to start picking up Pompano and try to handicap those Mondays and Tuesdays.
R1: 1,4,2......Soaring Viking-7/2 ML......This is a pretty tossup of a race. Soaring Viking getting the golden post. I can easily see a hot and fast pace set by the 1,4,2 horses. #4 is stepping up in class after destroying his competition last time. Should be a fairly tight race.
R2: 5,7,3......Brielle T-9/2 ML......Been in the money last 5 of 6 times. Hasn't won at this level just yet. #7 will be tough to beat here, but you don't make money betting the favorite! Should be a three horse race between the 3
R3: 6,7,8......Best Around-5/2 ML......Chalky race. Best Around is in top form and will need every beat to KO the 7 and the 8.
R4: 4,6,5......Ideally Magic-5/1 ML......Scratched last time out, time before went parked 3 wide and ended up destroying the field by almost 7 lengths. Getting no respect on the ML and I suspect another Magic moment to happen and upset this field. Mr. Trifecta's Pick of the Night!
R5: 1,2,8......Mighty Nice-3/1 ML......Big question here is what version of Might Nice do we get? Is it the one that lost at this post by 12 lengths or the one that lost by a neck from the five hole?
R6: 2,5,4......Soxy's Kid-5/1 ML......Last 3, Soxy's Kid has shown she has the speed to get to the front, from even the far out posts. Just imagine what she can do with the two hole. If she can fire out and get the lead, she may just wire the field.
R7: 2,5,3......Premier Elecktrah-9/2 ML......Draws a nice inside post after getting in the money the last 3. Clements will try to seal the deal finally.
R8: 1,6,8......Gracie Gracie-6/1 ML......Gracie Gracie finally gets the golden post and has faced tougher and nearly won in the five hole. Should save trip by the one hole and hopes to be firing late for the upset.
R9: 1,5,8......Take Charge Guy-6/1 ML......Taking a flyer on the #1 Take Charge Guy. Last time out he broke bad and the time before was scratched due to lameness. Prior he competed well at this level and now gets the gold post to do some damage. Doesn't have the same times as other horses and but I am rooting for an upset and hope the public doesn't follow. Should be at a good price. Mr. Trifecta's Bomber of the Night!
R10: 2,1,6......BJ's Braveheart-6/1 ML......Will be firing early with the #1 and hopefully it won't be a duel on the pace as I don't see any other potential early-mid speed here. #6 T B A is interesting here. He hasn't done much as of late, but when he was winning, it was at this level. He drops down in class now to when he was winning...
