Flags a flying

As I go to and from the track, I notice at least 1 out of 4 cars has a flag flying or pasted in a rear window. I am not sure what these people are trying to say.

We have a lot of exiles in S. Florida, since the Elian Gonzalez debacle, it doesn't take much to get them to fly a flag, if it's Tuesday, it's a good reason to fly a flag.

Pickup trucks are great for flying flags, 1 off each door and the Confederate flag draped over the gun rack in the rear window.

A couple of southern States haven't quite figured out yet which flag goes on top of the pole.

I am quite sure each flag flyer has his own personal reasons for displaying the flag and I hope they are there when we will need them.

Speaking of flags, I spent an afternoon driving around my city and county and saw more American flags than Canadian. Many homes displayed only the US flag.
