That's the problem. and Let me please say it. There is something that is right. Oh no, it's not true, something else is true.

Let's put it this way: whatever is true is true.

Oh No, that can't be true, we must have choices. You want to choose what you see?

Seems to me the United States will decide that point.

absolute truth and value. Go ahead and disagree.

Good luck.

Good to see I wasn't the only one wondering what he was talking about! :D

So there's this chick on this cable show about Groupies, whatevah...

She's blabbin' about her oral skills and the fact that she 'topped-off' quite a few rock stahs.

SizeMcley, she listed Peter Framptoon on the left side of the scale, and Hooey Lewis on the othah. Don't get me started about my run-in with Hooey at the Hard Rock HoTel, Lost Wages.

Wild, wild stuff.

Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically.

And here's the proof:

I find it hilarious that a thread begun with a title of "Family Values" has turned into a discussion about oral sex with rock stars.

Although I truly have no idea what Buckeye meant by all this, I think I agree with him.

Seems to me the United States will decide that point. When I look at this thread and the other thread you started, I am beginning to wonder if you shouldn't be put a suicide watch. All kidding aside, it is beginning to look like you are going to some very dark places. You don't want to go there. I know I have been there.

You should be banned for life for resurrecting this ridiculous thread.

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual.

Values are important.

Values are an attempt to reach for the Truth.

Being weak human beings, we ALL need some help.

As for suicide watches, don't worry too much about that. I've suffered enough. Once again though, I do not think truth is debatable, but go ahead and improve things or write a new book about it.

Is it rude to ask if you've gone off your meds? Because that is really what it seems like. You know that you're ranting gibberish, right? In a few threads...

Wot? The man is a king.

If you're sore over our loss of him, as I was, prepare to be consoled...he walked away from his lucrative career only to pursue a higher calling -- single handedly antiquing Harford, PA.[1]

But Pinchot had a change of heart, and 12 years ago he left the spotlight of Hollywood to indulge an unlikely passion – home restoration – in one of the most unlikely places: the rural town of Harford, Pa.
The Yale graduate traded auditions for antiques, and has embarked on a one-man restoration journey, buying up dilapidated properties and transforming them into architectural wonders using only salvaged objects.

Yes we can, Balki. Yes we can.

[1] I realize on second reading, according to the article, it is actually harford, pa, he's beautifying, not hartford, ct, like I imagined. What a harfible name. F'in Balki.

Someone has to swing the pendulum back after those ultra-highbrow Fargo references...
