Pandy--Thanks for posting your system test for Yonkers. Will be interesting to follow along. I ALWAYS check out your Meadowlands full card picks and odds assessment. Last Sat night at BigM you had Giddy Up Delight at 4-1 for a fair odds line. I liked him alot also. Nice to see the overlaid price on 14-1 on that one.

Thanks. Yeah, what made Giddy Up Lucky was a monster overlay, he's a classy horse. I was talking to Eric Goodell recently and he said Giddy Up Lucky was one of his favorites, he won several Opens at Yonkers with him, from post 8.

Pandy---You have confused the names. It was Giddy Up Delight. Not Giddy Up Lucky. I've done the same thing in the past. There are a few Giddy Up horses out there. The same HUGE overlay still holds true however. :)

The system is based somewhat on percentages so only posts 1 through 5 allowed at Yonkers.

Giddy Up Lucky passed away last October.

I'm glad you posted this, I was not aware that Giddy Up Lucky had passed away, he was a terrific racehorse. He is the horse that Goodell was fond of and mentioned, not Giddy Up Delight. Although Giddy Up Delight is a very nice horse.

I just realized that Giddy Up Lucky had been tested and reportedly had high EPO levels not long before he passed away. The supplement could have possibly been to strengthen his blood because of an anemic condition caused by EPO. This is sad. Sorry I was late finding out about it.
