Saturday's AQU card

might be one of the worst I've seen even for a winter card. A overnight stake (way too many of these being carded in NY) draws a field of 5 and only two races have fields of 10+ - both $7,500 claimers.

Since NYRA now can offers Tri bets on all types of races with 5 betting interests, makes you wonder if we'll see more of this.

Fields have been small and they are the same exact horses we had before the casino. Not going to get into that though. Scratches are only going to make it worse for weekends card. Been sticking to Gulfstream. Good fields and value.
