The 'official' thread is in the Contest + Other Interesting Topics section. A couple of folks asked me about the sign-up so apparently not everyone looks there frequently. So I hope the mods are OK with this staying here.

FYI - Tbwinner has already been in touch with the folks at AP and looks like we will get a nice warm welcome from the track (Thanks Chris!). We would like to have a sense of number of people in order to properly plan, so please go to that thread and sign up. If you arent sure, I'd ask that you sign up and indicate you are 50/50 rather than stay silent. This will really help us to plan a great event.

Everyone is welcome to attend!

I'll be attending possibly with another.
We do the dinner again.
Don't forget the breakfast place for horse people in downtown Arlington. We'll be there to discuss our picks. My guest is a former owner if he decides to come along.
Will find our own hotel.
