Hazel Park Win Pools can tolerate a $20 bet on the fave without significantly changing the odds, so get a ADW with 5% rebates and a Robot to bet $20 on every favorite in every race next year. ~600 races = 12000 bet x.02 = $240 to the good and you won't need no "Stinking Program"
I'm joking of course, but I thought the spread in ROI betting faves was striking.
My data base for 2011 has about 85-90% of all races. Error estimated at ±2.5%
