I am with you.

I thought this was a particularly interesting race. Take a look at the Withers, Alpha and Speightscity. I think those two are the key to understanding the Davis. Both did relatively poorly in the BCJ but Alpha comes back to spank em' in the Countfleet while Speightscity takes a relatively different course. Prospective comes back to win the Pasco. What does this mean for State of Play?

Interesting how poorly these have performed in the BCJ, but nevertheless have demonstrated a class edge next time out, less Speightscity. I'm likin' State of Play in this one.

Tuff betting race imo. leaning towards the 6 b/c I think he will get a solid pace set up and and he should be in a good spot to make a move. Not sure he's good enough but that's why they call it gambling.

Neck and Neck just keeps getting better and better. He certainly isn't going to be hurt by the distance.

Battle Hardened opened at about 11-1 dropping to 4.50. I could see him at about 10-15 to 1 but not 4.50 (second choice). Well backed for a maiden in a grade3 did not see this at all but obviously many others did.

Was cross-entered in a Md Spt Wt race at Gulfstream. I guess they had him ready and others thought the same thing

This race was falling apart based on my numbers, not that you need figures to see that one in this case.
