Looks like could be some rain today so we will see how it goes. I capped Track Dirt-Fast and Turf Firm. Same as usual for betting. $20 to win 1st and 2nd pick and then if odds are 5-1 or higher on 3rd or 4th pick, play those to win. Will also play boxed exactas, tri's, and super's. Also I love playing the pick 3's, pick 4's and pick 5.

Good Luck and lets have another great Wednesday like we did last week!!!

What did you like about #5. I didnt see much other than trainer bill mott. Not much form there for me. It would be a good one if does hit the board for you at big odds.

Owner-trainer combo is deadly with first time turfers and this one is bred to love the grass...mom was a bad ass.
That being said, they ususally ride Prado but today Maragh has the mount.
I will be using even though the works look ordinary.

race 12 miami

i got to go with the #12 LORD TARZAN

i am in love with this horse, but i hate his post position going that mile on the turf from the furthest outside.

you can't pick your post positions though, just the horse that you place your money on, if he gets compromised by the post today, i will chase him right back next time out.

Well, he's 20-1 right now and I am taking a shot. Seen this happen too many times.
Worried that he was not bet at all in his debut and ran badly at 67-1.
Don Adam is the owner of Courtlandt Farms in Florida and they bred the horse. He used to use Motion as his guy in NY but seems to have switched to Mott and is sending fewer runners than in years past...but some still hit at nice prices.
I may be humbled (wouldn't be the first time) but I am playing this colt. I think the jock needs to get him into the race early...believe in Rajiv!

Just got home and watched the race. Nice job by Rajiv to get this colt in the race early. Rails were at 84ft and you gotta be close early...wire to wire job.

This was a NY play in Florida. I was lucky to discover Don Adam. I followed Ramon Dominguez when he used to come up to NY just for Saratoga and some spot mounts here and there at Belmont. He rode a lot for Motion, who had some Courtlandt Farms/Don Adam horses...and quite a few would run a big race when they put them on the turf for the first time. I have followed along ever since. Motion trained Film Maker when she raced.
Amazed that a Bill Mott runner out of Film Maker would be such a price running on turf. She won over $2million in her career.

These lil nuggets are what keeps me playing the game
Thanks for the kudos y'all.
