I wish I had taken a speed reading class in college. It seems like I am always way behind in my reading. What things do you wish you had done as youth?

excellent topic.
I wish that I'd spent more than 5 seconds deciding on my majors. I ended up majoring in Econ and Finance but my real interest was in agriculture. Oh well.

I wish I had gone to college then versus now. Seems it wouyld of been a lot easier straight from high school versus some 25 plus years later!

It's all about 'tude.
And as Bob Dylan and others have said, stay forever young.

How is Sue, these days? A bit long in the tooth, eh?
LOL - I DID take a speed reading class, but during my 20's read mostly pulp fiction. I wish I had read something else.

Wish I could have gotten a hit off Larry Bearnarth that time we played St. Johns in '63. My knees still hurt from the way he buckled them with his curve!
I think we lost 19-0.

I wish I had never fallen in love with one particular woman that set the bar unreasonably high for all that followed after I screwed it up.

I wished I would have spent more time with my grandfather when he was alive. He was a pretty special guy and I was a teenager. I would love to have his insight on politics and life in general. When your young you can not appreciate the wisdom of elders. Knew everything when I was 15. Knew I knew nothing when I was 24.

I bet we could all etch this on our tombstone.

I wish I was more carefree during my school years...and more serious afterwards...
It seems I got it all backwards...

My father died when I was 12. (Ergo, I tend to weep at the end of 'Field of Dreams'.) On the other hand, it was a grow up quick moment, where I realized one of life's critical lessons early- it does not deal the vast majority of us, 5 Aces every day!
If anything, given all the shite I've got into, done and been, I've always said I'd like to do much more of the same, all over again- including being with the same woman (from 40 years ago)!
