Going to give Gulfstream a try today and hope to come out ahead after its all said and done today. I capped Track Dirt-Fast and Firm Turf. Same as usual for betting. $20 to win 1st and 2nd pick and then if odds are 5-1 or higher on 3rd or 4th pick, play those to win. Will also play boxed exactas, tri's, and super's. Also I love playing the pick 3's, pick 4's and pick 5.

Hi Midnight. Thanks for the comps. Don't get me wrong, I dont always have days like this. There great when they happen. I love playing the pick 3's and pick 4's. With that, as capping a race, I always look at early pace and closers. I do believe the jockeys have a big role on who is going to win. I dont have my own system, I just handicap a card for about 1-2 hours. I like to also add a longshot in my 1st or 2nd slot in wins and exotics depending on how deep the field is. Also if odds justify it near post time. I love playing Turf races and maidens to play longshots in those even those are very hard to predict but I find you can have a great TTR to in turf races.

As some of my favorite angles is horse's coming off of 10 days or less since last race with high odds. Also, Its all about the horses cycle and we have to determine if they are still in that cycle to to be good enough to win. Things like, 1/10, 6/8, 2/9, 7/8... would like to see that next time out would win or top 3 after finishing 7th last out. Those are just some I like to play with others I look at in a race. Hope this helps alittle.

Oh sorry for the confusion. That was an example, those are examples of what that horse did the last 4 races. You have to almost think like a trainer. What are they doing with that horse and horses are kinda like humans. They all have cycles.

Welcome Precocity. I capped the card hard late last nite till 1 am and then another 1 hr this morning. Im def tired after this one but it was great!! Today was just one of those days that we capitalized on some nice bombers that hit. I like to say my tuesdays and sat's are great but I really havent gotten that detailed in what days I do bad and good in. I wish it was that easy:) Thanks for the compliments. Today was just another day and always look to improve. Ive def had my share of getting my butt kicked.
