HTR users -- need help

Hard drive crash (and fact the whole laptop was lost) -- i had backed up data through about Oct. 20th. Can anyone provide me with data files from that period to about dec. 14?

As the author of JCapper I've had to help several customers from the JCapper user community deal with hard drive crashes.

In my opinion, your first best action for recovering lost data and results files from HDW (that you paid for) would be to contact HDW directly and tell them what happened.

In each instance where a JCapper user suffered a hard drive crash, HDW stepped up and did the right thing: They gave the customer access to lost data and results files for those months the customer had previously paid for - at no charge.

From a customer experience standpoint, I can't say enough good things about HDW compared to the other data vendors out there.
