Website problem?

I have a favorite website:

I have trouble navigating the site, so do a few others.
For instance I can't get the FAQ. It sort of freezes up.
Any suggestions to me (I'm on IE/Windows XP) or the webmaster of this site?

worked fine for me. tell him to take the page transitions out. They seem slow etc.........but otherwise it seemed to work fine.

maybe the transitions are hanging
