Is Lukas really going to run Chalybeate Springs back in 1 week here?

If his odds stay close to his M/L, I gotta say the hell with pedigree and put a couple sawbucks cross the board on the Oklahoma-bred.

Should be a good one.

Surface is favoring pressers and sustained runners, it will be interesting to see if Exfactor can stretch em' out and win this. Z Dager shows a negative Center of Distribution, can't remember ever seeing that in recent American pedigrees, looking forward to watching him run. Hammers Terror shows nice works, looks to have won easily last out on this surface and has a favorable running line, looks like a good bet at 6/1.

Nothin' like the Derby Trail.

DRF reported Exfactor kicked the wall of his stall and is now listed as a "possible" scratch for this race.

I'm with Dahoss here. :3: is going for 7 in a row, and just may be good enough.

since I'm a bowler....it's Mr. Bowling for the cash!

3 is an interesting one that I admittedly overlooked at first glance but there should be a solid pace to close into if he's good enough.

i may need to figure out a way to get him into the mix.

No doubt would be great to see the Oklahoma bred win this one. Looks like he knows how to win, comes from way deep and collars em' at 6fl in about 1:13, just about right for this group - if he can just get through the traffic! Mr. Bowling shows a couple of nice bullet works for trainer Jones and should be ready. I'm no expert but his Dosage seems a bit high at 5.67 and 1.20. Shared Property looks to fit here and shows a couple of nice 6fl works, he'll be back there comin' form out of it way deep right along with the Oklahoma bred. Hopefully the connections of Exfactor decide to go in this one and give the bettors what they want.

Should be a fun race.

Hammers Terror would benefit greatly if Exfactor scratches...he may waltz along alone up there, unless the 1a is sent.

I was just watching the pre race show and the Exfactor gets the green light - he goes in this one. Mr. Bowling gets a bar shoe right front . . .

Nothin' like the Derby Trail.

Liking Capetown Devil, #10, but will also use 5,8,11 in a P3 should I get around to play it.

Good works and jockey switch.....speed to be close up without using all his speed. should come roaring around the final turn.

Got a splash of rain around the second race - conveyor belt surface w/front speed holding. The horse getting to the front first looks to win it. The eighth race was won wire to wire by a 31/1 maiden never been two turns. Ninth race won wire to wire at 5/1.

Wow, bar shoe on and taking a ton of cash. No thanks, I'll stick with Hammers Terror.

I've switched to the 6. Think he gets first shot at the speed. Would be on the 11 but it's going against one of my fundamentals (which is to make low-odd poly runners beat me until they prove themselves on dirt).

Take this for what it's worth but these last minute switches usually don't work out for me (but for some reason I keep doing it).

this race left me looking elsewhere for legit Derby contenders. splits almost identical to the MSW 30-1 bomber and a full second (and some change) slower than the girls in the SlvrBullet.

I thought Shared Property ran well off the layoff wide going into first turn, then 6wide at the top of the stretch.
Dan and Sheila finished up pretty good in his 2nd start.

Using Quirin style figs I have the race rated a 103-101-98.
Not impressive.

I haven't done the figs, but visually the race was an eyesore.
