There are those who believe in many, many universes.

Such a belief is lent credence by the following fact: The "Belle Watling" is being run in Chile - CHILE! - Saturday.

This lends an entirely new meaning to the phrase "The Deep South."

You can't tell if there are many universes or not.
Imagine you enter a town for the 1st time and you see a yellow bus.
Is it one of a kind or not ?
It can be one of a kind - a private firm bus they painted yellow.
It can also be one of many - the town's bus fleet.
The probability is equal to 1 but the certainty is 0.

Same if you open the ballot boxes on presidential election day and you count the first vote. It's Obama's but what then ? A landslide victory for Obama or the one and only vote he's going to get ?
Again the probability is equal to 1 and the certainty is equal to 0.

Belle Watling is the 2009 Chilean HOY...she won 7 races from 8 starts that year. She was 3-3 in 2010 also, but 0-5 in 2011.

Why is this race's existence such a shocker to you?

We live with miconceptions.
Everyone thinks creatures from other universes if turn up here will be interested in the following things:

- kentucky fried chicken
- marry mis kosmos
- meet Obama/Hillary Clinton/Vladimir Putin

Preposterous, because those creatures are more likely than not to consist of wave bundles, obeying a certain mysterious protocol. What do they care about us ?

Maybe there is a universe in which I know that Belle Watling was both a Chilean Horse of the Year and a character in Gone With The Wind. It is certainly not this one. I mean it was not this one.
