Bettors screwed again

A tote problem at FG causes horizontal all pays, including the P4.

Since the first leg went off, why can't they simply pay based on live tickets to runners. I just don't get why. With today's technology, they should be able to formulate a payoff. The bets were already made, so it should not matter if the tote board went dead.

The players got gypped, while the track got their cut. :bang:

I should add that races 3 and 4 were run for purse money only. They actually ran them.
