This from HPI. This might not be granular enough to capture a tick when it dipped below 2-1, but by the major minute markers... doesn't appear so. Amwest also tracks this, but only if you happen to have that 'odds over time' window open for the race. I can't find it saved historically there.

Oh no,

Don't tell me that you relied on one of those conditional wagers, where you thought the wager wouldn't go through but it did because the parameters were met according to the host site.

As a side-note, this horse really hit a brick wall the last 70 yards.
