Kindly clue me in on the March racing in the Pacific N'west

Just learned I need to be near Portland, Oregon, in March.

Immediately checked the Portland Meadows calendar, but I think I will miss their posted 3/14 closing date.

Equibase seems to have incomplete dates listed for 2012, and I was wondering if anyone could clue me in on which (if any) track picks up racing in that region until Emerald opens in April.
