China's New prez was in town today. I saw his Motorcade working its way over to Harvard Square to meet with some Folks at the John F. Kennedy School Of Government.
His Motorcade was jaw dropping. Helicopters overhead, Police Boats up and down the Charles river, Limo after Limo after Limo. All with the Chinese Flag flapping in the wind. GMC suburans for a 1/2 mile in front and back. The Vans,, I mean Vans. Had to be 40 Vans, 12 Passenger, all dark with Dark windows. But in the light you could see they were full. Two Ambulances, Police Motorcycles shutting off Intersections everywhere... Boston Police, State Police, Coast Gaurd...it was something.

Anyway.. they have lots of money and a Billion consumers...
He told them all..."We don't plan on a Democracy or elections anytime soon."
But again, they have lots of money and a Billion Consumers. So we can duck a few Principles we apply other places in the world.
