Portland Meadows pick 4 promotion

I just noticed that Twin spires is offering a bonus that equates to 0 percent takeout on the pick 4 at Portland Meadows on Mondays. I had great luck playing pick 4's a couple years back when Ellis Park reduced its takeout to 4 percent. The payoffs were quite generous. Has anybody been playing Portland Meadows using Twin Spires? How have the payoffs been?

Horrible track to play...IMO.

Only Turf Paradise rates worse in my book...

Unless you play a straight ticket, it's not a 0 percent take out....

A promotion directly pointed at people who don't understand take out and rebates...

Most people will be far ahead by betting with an ADW that rebates...
