Dear Pace Advantage Pals. . .

I am please to report that I now quickly and easily view realtime odds, payoffs, changes, entries, etc.- from www.racingchannel.com, on my web enabled Sprint phone.

It is surprisingly fast and easy.

Life is good.

You can check out the phone at the link below. . .

Blackgold,

It works pretty well as a laptop connection to the internet also. I've been using it that way for 6 months now.

Sorry, the "it" I was referring to was the PCS system in general (my phone is a Sanyo SCP-4900 @ $150 ... standard cell phone) not the referenced phone above.

Screen is too small to comfortably read the tote board by itself, but using it as a dial-up internet connection for a laptop works fairly well.

Bill W Have you ever tried an AIR CARD instead of using your cell phone?

No, the card costs a few hundred bucks plus a stiff monthly cost in addition. I already have the cell phone and the cost of the "Vision" option is $15.00/Mo. I assume they would work the same though, unless some QOS (Quality of Service) algorithm is being employed.
