Aqueduct Cancels Sunday; Will Resume Racing Wednesday

Just came in from snowblowing 12+ inches of snow and it is still coming down.

Live racing and simulcast wagering at Aqueduct have been cancelled for Sunday because of an ongoing weekendlong snow storm. Aqueduct will reopen for racing on Wednesday with the running of the Sunday racecard.


Live racing was suspended after the first race on Friday because of the winter storm. Nine-race cards on Saturday and Sunday were subsequently cancelled.

The Sunday racecard will be run in its entirity when racing resumes on Wednesday with a first post of 12:30 p.m. and a Pick Six carryover of $20,067.
